Our primary model is verification-as-a-service at roughly $4 per hectare per season at scale (~6% of credit value at $17/t and ~4 t/ha/yr)—enabled by sparse sensor sampling plus Sentinel-1, not dense instrumentation. Dense IoT or plot-census survey stacks do not clear smallholder unit economics.
